In response to the Hazelwood Mine Fire Inquiries, the Latrobe Valley has been designated a Health Innovation Zone. Would you like to know what this means for you and your community? Do you have some ideas that you would like to share?
The Department of Health and Human Services, Federation University Australia, and Deloitte Australia want to work with the community to develop a charter and evaluation for the Latrobe Health Innovation Zone.
Community input is essential to making this a community-driven process. We are therefore inviting local community members to participate in one or more of the following workshops. Children’s entertainment and food will be provided at each event.
Tuesday 26 September 5.30 – 8.30pm High Street Community Hub: 4 High Street, Moe
Tuesday 10 October 5.30 – 8.30pm VRI Hall: 18-20 Queens Parade, Traralgon
Tuesday 24 October 5.30 – 8.30pm Lifeline Morwell: Corner Church and Fleming Streets Morwell
There is also an opportunity for interested community members to join a local Advisory Group that is being established to help with the development of the charter and evaluation.
You can register your interest in the workshops and/or Advisory Group here:
